Each commitment reflects our operational approach to trust: precise language, measurable standards, and no exceptions.
Privacy by default
Opero does not sell or share your data with third parties. Your operational data stays within your organization's boundary. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.
Encryption & access control
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access follows the principle of least privilege, with role-based permissions and audit logging.
Transparent operations
We are committed to transparent disclosure if a security incident occurs. Our status page provides real-time availability information. No hidden data practices.
Infrastructure & hosting
Opero is hosted on industry-leading cloud infrastructure with automated backups, redundancy, and disaster recovery procedures. Data residency options are available.
No medical claims
While Opero can be used by healthcare teams for operational coordination, it is not a medical device and does not make clinical decisions. We do not store or transmit PHI unless explicitly configured.
Responsible AI use
Where Opero uses AI to assist with routing or suggestions, it is always in a supporting role. Humans make final decisions. We do not use your data to train external models.

No data brokering
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Purpose limitation

Retention limits
Data is retained only as long as needed. Deletion requests are honored promptly and completely.
Access on request
You can request a full export of your data at any time. Your data belongs to you.
