Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Opero platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Opero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Opero is an operational coordination platform that helps teams manage intake, routing, and follow-through. The platform is provided “as is” during the early access period. Features, availability, and scope may change as we develop the product.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring that the data you input is accurate and lawful, and complying with all applicable laws when using the platform. You agree not to use Opero for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Opero. We do not claim ownership over your operational data. We use your data only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

Opero is not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed in the platform. The platform is a coordination tool, not a decision-making system. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data. After that period, your data will be deleted from our systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of Opero after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
